Your Blog is Fabulous!

Hey! What's up? Do you know why do people keep saying that "Your blog is fabulous!" when they're talking about addictions? Did I miss something?

So, I'm supposed to write about five addictions that I have... hhmm. only five. This could be difficult. Then, when I'm finished, I tag 3-5 other bloggers to do the same thing. It's kind of like the picture thing we did a few weeks ago - so here we go:

Books These are the most addicting things in the world. They are also the best things (on this earth) to be addicted to. I read like a maniac (as many of you know) and when I get going I just don't stop. I mean, just look at my bookshelf at the bottom of this page... I know that I've read three times that many books. So. There. I am addicted to books.
Music and Instruments This is the second best thing to be addicted to on this earth. And it's not just any music... it's my music. A very good balance of genres too: Starting in the 17th Century with Emma's soundtrack, going through the decades (20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, and 60's) and ending in the timeless Irish; throw in a very, very little bit of country, some worship, rap, a few soundtracks and Jazz and I'm set. Either I'm playing the music myself or I'm listening to it. It's so soothing - yet, when ever you want to, you can call you cousins and have a crazy dance party. How much better can it get?
Sour Watermelon Gummies and Dr. Pepper So this is a funny one. Lots of inside jokes come with this one... I love this stuff. Lyssa and I would live on Sour Watermelon gummies, Dr. Pepper for me and Mt. Dew for her. It's the best. Good times, good times.
Photography Yes, yes. Tanner and Timothy will testify that when I'm not reading, listening to music or drinking Dr. Pepper, I am taking pictures of them. I love to take pictures and our computer is stocked full with pictures of countless flowers and the bros. It's the best thing and it gets me outside.
My Savior Well, this is by far the best thing to be addicted to. I actually wrote a post about my addiction to Jesus, you can see it here...

Yeah. Ahem. So. I hereby tag these five people, in accordance with the prophecy: Katelyn, Lyssa, Katelyn S., Maria and Rayna... Love you!

"Yeah. When I get bigger, I can buy some money."

"I won't be able to do that until I'm bigger and wiser like you."

"Kaylee, can you play Indiana Jones with me?"

Mariah and I asked Tanner who his best friends were and he said, "Well, Jesse."

"Who next?" we asked,

"Boriah" (Mariah) then we asked,

"Who next?"

"Nafan" (Nathan) "to beat him up."

Once again, Mariah and I regularly ask Tanner,

"Hey, Tanner, Who's the coolest?"

His normal answer is,

"Nafan"

But on this rare occasion he said,

"Well... Justin wants to be. But Nafan is."

Later, actually months later, I asked Him again and he says,

"Tanner!!!"

"Mom, mom! Did you find Sleeping Beauty?"

"No, I found Cinderella, though."

"Yes!"

Tanner prayed during our Family Prayer time and this is what he said:

"Jesus-God,

Fank you for Josh and Megan and Kaylee and Tyler and Daddy and Timmy and Mommy and everybody. Fank you for all the toys and fank you for all the Indiana Jones. Amen."

"When I die, I'll be dead."

In the middle of the Miami Dolphins game today (Oct. 26) Dad was cheering the TV on by saying, "GO BABY, GO BABY, GO BABY!!!" and Tanner thought that Dad was talking to mom, since he (dad) frequently calls mom "baby"... So Tanner added, "Go mommy, go mommy, go mommy!" to cheer on the winning Dolphins. (they won that game, by the way!)

"Dad, Dad - That bad guy he fighted him and that guy, he killed him in the tummy!"

"Mom, I just want everyone to call me Indiana..."

"Tyler, Wario is not the best. Pit is the best!"

"Froggies.... You catch them and you stick them in a bucket."

"I want some water... (1 minute later)... thanks. Water is good. And so is french fries."

I asked him for a story from the bible and this is what I get:

"The guy had blood on him and he falled down and he died. David killed him"

"Pirates of the Carribean was fighting Davey Jones and was servants and was pirate ship."

"Davy Crocket, the big bear was behind Davy Crocket and Davy Crocket shoot the bear and he climbed up a tree. And that’s all."

"Nim’s island was on the island and it was so much fun and I didn’t know and she climbed up the tree. That’s all."

I was babysitting Tanner and he yells, “The treasure map! Servant…. Now you may be killed. No! Now you may be killed.” Walks over and picks up some string and starts twirling it. He hit something,
“Sorry,”
"Hey Tanner, please don’t do that." He pretends not to hear me. "Tanner."
"You won’t call dad! You can’t call dad." Twirls it with more vengeance.
"Tanner, please stop."
"You won’t call dad."
"No. I won’t."
"You won’t call him. You can’t."

"Welcome to Morning!"

"I win-d Timmy." apparently they were racing and he won...

Tanner prayed again this morning...

"Jesus, God... thank you for Mommy and Daddy and Tyler and Kaylee and let us have a good day. And please heal everybody. Everybody who doesn't have healin' in their body. Amen."

"Dad? Can Ty-Ty switch places with Timmy? 'Cause Tyler stinks."

Mariah told Tanner, "Tanner, You're so cute!"

And he replied, "Yeah. I am."

I asked, "Tanner, Who's the Coolest?"

"Ummmm. Sidney is. And Boriah is. And Tyler and Jess and Josh and Justin..."

"What about Nathan?!"

"No. Nathan's my best friend."

"So, he's not the coolest?"

"No! He's just my best friend."

"Kaylee! Mom made popcorn for us and do you want some?"

"No thanks."

"Don't you like popcorn?"

"No. Not really..."

"Why don't you like popcorn?"

"I dunno. I just don't."

"Is it because you're stupid?"

"Hey, Tyler... Do you see that pretty ball in the sky?? Daddy said that's the moon..."

"Hey. Who's the coolest?"

"Just Bariah... and Jesse"

"Who else?"

"No one."

"What about Nathan?"

"No one else."

"Lord have mercy."

"There it is! Home, sweet home..."

"This is the funnest thing I've never done!"

"Oh my gosh! Kaylee! Look at that star! It's moving really fast!"

"Kaylee, can I please take pictures with your camera?"

"No."

"Kaylee, can I take pictures with your computer?"

"Nope."

"Gosh. No one lets me do anything here."
